We are so excited to welcome Mara!

It has been an exciting week with lots of changes! We said goodbye to our wonderful assistant Laura and we wish her the very best. Carmen is officially off on her maternity leave and we have welcomed a new addition to the team. We are excited to introduce you to our newest dental hygienist - Mara H., RDH, BS.

Brush & Floss!

The Academy of General dentistry states that the average person only brushes their teeth for 45 to 70 seconds. The recommended amount of time is 2-3 minutes! Take your time and don’t forget to floss!

In honor of Shark Week

Did you know that sharks have approximately 3,000 teeth, separated into 5 rows at any given time? And because sharks lose 1 to 2 teeth per meal, which then grow right back, a shark may use more than 20,000 teeth in a life time!
